What is left?

This is assuming that every single player on the practice squad is brought up to the active roster. Assuming that everyone is brough up, this is what the Titans currently have to work with:

QB (3): Ryan Tannehill, Logan Woodside, Trevor Siemian

RB (4): Derrick Henry, Darrynton Evans, Jeremy McNichols, D’Onta Foreman

WR (5): A.J. Brown, Kalif Raymond, Nick Westerbrook, Cody Holister, Chester Rodgers

TE (4): Jonnu Smith, MyCole Pruitt, Anthony Firkser, Geoff Swaim

OT (5): Taylor Lewan, Dennis Kelly, Ty Sambrailo, David Quessenberry, Brandon Kemp

iOL (6): Rodger Saffold, Ben Jones, Nate Davis, Jamil Douglas, Aaron Brewer, Daniel Munyer

DL (5): Jack Crawford, Larrell Murchison, Isaiah Mack, Matt Dickerson, Teair Tart

EDGE (5): Harold Landry, Jadeveon Clowney, Vic Beasley, Derick Roberson, Wyatt Ray

LB (7): Jayon Brown, Rashaan Evans, David Long, Will Compton, Nick Dzubnar, Daren Bates, Tuzar Skipper

CB (6): Malcolm Butler, Johnathan Jackson, Tye Smith, Chris Jackson, Chris Milton, Breon Borders

S (6): Kenny Vaccaro, Kevin Byard, Amani Hooker, Joshua Kalu, Kareem Orr, Maurice Smith

ST (3): Stephen Gostkowski, Brett Kern, Tucker McCann

Total players: 59, but really 54 (because you including 3 QBs and 2 Ks, so 3 players that are impossible to get on the field at the same time and there are still two unidentified cases).

This is a trainwreck and it is one that was likely avoidable if the Tennessee Titans just did what they were supposed to do. This is organiational mismanagement from the top down, and for all the praise I have given the trio of Mike Vrabel, Amy Adams and Jon Robinson (specifically the last two) this is an failure from the top down and they should feel embarassed.

Depending on when free agents are allowed to visit Tennessee and what the new process will be to make sure they are clear before the Titans can sign them, there is a real scenario where one bad testing day could make this roster impossible to field and could lead to a forfeit whether the league wants it to or not.
