14. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (+0)

In order, the Bucs are successful because of: the defense, Mike Evans, and then Tom Brady.

I’m not saying Brady is bad because he has actually rebounded well from that Week 1 game against the Saints. What I am saying is that he is playing within himself and adapting well to the new offense he has to work in.

Like I said though, this is a defensive team that makes it very easy on the offense so don’t expect them to drop any time soon because that is exactly how the Denver Broncos won a Super Bowl.

13. Cleveland Browns (-1)

Here is why the Browns are lower despite a convincing win this week. I think this is what the Browns have to be if they are going to be successful, and that is a team that relies on the running game and big plays from their defense.

The problem is, the highest upside of this team is if they are able to turn to their Pro Bowl receivers early and often and run this offense primarily through the air. Unfortunately, every time I see them win like this it makes me think that Baker Mayfield is never going to be special and that lowers my overall opinion of them.

But again, I still think they are a playoff team if they lean into this style of play.
