Week 3 NFL Power Rankings.

We almost saw a major shakeup at the top of the NFL Power Rankings this week, but the Kansas City Chiefs pulled out an overtime win and displayed a whole new weapon.

While the top of the power rankings are pretty fluid, the bottom of the NFL is becoming clearer and clearer. Let’s start with the bottom of the barrel, your New York Jets.

32. New York Jets (+0)

The Jets are a team that needs to completely rebuild from the ground up, and the only player on that roster who should be safe is Quinnen Williams who has the potential to be very good.

Other than that, they have nothing on that team worth building around and the front office and coaching staff needs to be burnt down and refreshed. Keep in mind, the Jets spent most of the game playing against backups at QB, EDGE, RB, and no George Kittle, and they still got beaten by 3 scores.

31. Carolina Panthers (0)

The Panthers just couldn’t get to Tom Brady today and they couldn’t keep up with the Bucs offensively. It was never really close and unlike last week, and they have been so bad defensively that I don’t really know how many games they can win even if everything goes right on offense.

I think they have a chance to get better down the road because of just how young they are on that side of the ball, but that is pure speculation at this point.
