Titans defensive matchups to watch.

The Tennessee Titans might need to lean on their defense today vs the Jacksonville Jaguars, but that is alright.

Right now the Titans are playing without their star wide receiver for at least another week, and without A.J. Brown that means that more stress is going to be put on the offense.

I believe the Tennessee Titans were the only team to have a running back and a wide receiver both have 100+ yards, and that tandem is still in place with Corey Davis and Derrick Henry both playing. However, the depth at running back and wide receiver are incredibly thin right now with Brown and Darrynton Evans both missing time.

With the jig up on the Titans gameplan without A.J. Brown and depth thin around those guys, I would expect a lower scoring game this week. Obviously that means that if the Titans want to win they are going to have to do a better job on defense than the Indianapolis Colts did last week against the Jaguars.

There are some players that are going to be put in some tough spots because of some injuries on defense, but I want to focus on which players should be difference makers for the Titans this week in their matchups.

Let’s take a look at the first matchup.
