#1. Wyatt Ray, EDGE

Wyatt Ray is getting some real shine from people at practice and from people who have talked to the coaching staff.

Every now and then you hear rumors of times where Ray forklifts Isaiah Wilson or you will hear his name slipped into a string of good plays by the defense.

The fact is that Ray was Harold Landry’s teammate at Boston College for three years and he was trained by Titans strength coach Frank Piraino. On top of that, Mike Vrabel has his own connections to Boston College considering that his son is the starting offensive tackle there.

So, if Ray is on this roster it is because he comes recommended and/or endorsed by several important people who would have detailed information on what he is like on and off the field.

Athletically, Ray isn’t a scrub and while he doesn’t really dominate in any one area he also doesn’t have anything that he doesn’t do well. His size might have kept him from being undrafted, but he might be a great fit as a role player in this defense especially if the Titans decide that they don’t love the Jadeveon Clowney drama.
