When are the Titans at their best?

12 Personnel (1 RB, 2 TE, 2 WR)

Who is usually on the field?

RB: Derrick Henry

TE: Jonnu Smith, MyCole Pruitt

WR: A.J. Brown, Corey Davis

What does Bowen say:

"” I’m going with the Tennessee Titans, who averaged a league-leading 8.71 yards per play and a whopping 14.23 yards per pass attempt after Ryan Tannehill took over as the starting quarterback in Week 7. Here, it’s a combination of the outside zone runs for running back Derrick Henry and the play-action route tree for Tannehill.”"

Bowen does say more about what else makes this work, but you will have to go to the full article for that.

The swap here is that Anthony Firkser comes out and Corey Davis goes in, which makes sense. However, when you take a deeper look, you understand why you would want someone like Firkser on the field as a change-up.

I want to take a look quickly at what the perception might be between these two packages vs what you actually get, and why both options are really enticing for the Titans going forward.
