Other perfect teams
Don’t expect a long list here, but there are some other teams who hit the 8/8 mark around the NFL. It won’t shock you to see that most of these teams were very good last year.
1. Tennessee Titans
2. Buffalo Bills
-I know this is sort of a weird point to argue here, but I think Josh Allen is…not good. However, the Bills managed to run an offense that had Allen and some cast-offs at wide receiver and running back and still survived.
With an OL that works well together and a QB that at least offers something with his legs, I think the Bills saw that as a chance to build a good group of skill position players while winning right now. Then if they have a chance at a better QB, maybe they think about that down the line.
3. Kansas City Chiefs
-These guys are pretty good.
4. Las Vegas Raiders
-This one surprised me and it may not be true when you are reading this because there are a lot of rumors that the Raiders want to trade starting right guard Gabe Jackson. However, if he stays that would give them perfect continuity
5ish. Philadelphia Eagles
-The Eagles technically don’t make it because Andre Dillard didn’t start last year, but he was a 1st round pick that played nearly 400 snaps last year, including 30+ snaps in five games.
That is it, that is the list. Just four teams with a fifth that was really close to making it.
However, the Titans continuity goes beyond just those 8 spots and there are two areas where I think that really gives Tennessee a leg up.
