Is Clowney slipping away?

You may remember way back in the first slide that I said that the Titans were in the middle of two of the biggest storylines in the NFL. Well, this is the other side of that coin, their pursuit of Jadeveon Clowney who is meandering through free agency.

This morning, news came out that the Las Vegas Raiders were interested in Clowney and that news isn’t going to make Titans fans happy at all.

Maybe the Titans are one of the teams with a better offer, but at this point Titans’ fans wanted it to be dead silent on the Clowney front. Every single time a team bites and offers him a deal it gives him even more leverage and even more incentive to take his time to make a decision.

Meanwhile, Tennessee can only sit back and wait while he makes up his mind. Unless they decide to spend some of their money elsewhere on a player like Chris Jones.
