
4. Last hurrah for Delanie Walker
This one hurts to talk about, but it really felt like we were getting to see Delanie Walker’s Comeback Player of the Year campaign start in Cleveland.
Speaking of being happy for the good guys, so glad Walker had a huge game after everyone tried to bury him all offseason for age/injury. He scores his 2nd for the #Titans today and they are now up 36-13

In reality, this was the last touchdown we would see from Walker in a Titans uniform. Despite playing in 6 more games in 2019, he only managed 16 receptions and 160 for the rest of the season.
Walker’s value was always as more than a receiving threat to the Titans, but with his role as a versatile blocker/receiver in the offense now reduced, it fell to other players to make an impact. I will talk a little bit about one of those players in the next slide, but it is a shame that the Titans couldn’t have gotten a fully healthy Delanie Walker with this version of this offense.
