Did Tennessee Titans rookie Kristian Fulton land in the perfect situation?

The Tennessee Titans ignored defense in the first round to select Isaiah Wilson, but they made up for that mistake by stealing Kristian Fulton in the second round.

Just like A.J. Brown last year, it isn’t hard to imagine the Titans landing a player in the second round only to see them far exceed expectations. In fact, many believed that A.J. Brown should have been the Offensive Rookie of the Year in 2019, and by “many” I mean anyone who actually paid attention to the historic season he had.

But, just because Brown was excellent last season doesn’t mean that Fulton will be as good this season right? Well, no obviously that isn’t what I am saying.

In fact, I hadn’t really even thought about the possibility yet, but then I saw a tweet that made me start to think about what the odds were.

I am going to get into the ranking of these players and what we need to rule out in a second, but just looking at this list as a whole and I really think there is a good chance that if Chase Young doesn’t win it then it is anyone’s game.

So what helps Kristian Fulton’s case? Well, he plays one of the few positions that actually wins this award in the 21st century.
