Kevin Byard, S

Kevin Byard is one of the several Titans players that got snubbed of the Pro Bowl last season. Byard has logged 17 interceptions over the last three seasons. He is just another example of how effective Jon Robinson has been on day 2 of drafts.

With the loss of veteran players on defense like Jurrell Casey and Logan Ryan, Byard will be looked upon to step up and be a leader on defense.

If Byard can repeat his 2017 season, his only Pro Bowl appearance, in 2020 it will be very hard for him to be snubbed of a Pro Bowl appearance two years in a row.

One reason for Byard getting snubbed is because regardless of where the Tennessee Titans finished the season, most teams in smaller markets need to luck into a few primetime games or have an insane statistical season to earn a nod.

Otherwise people default into whatever the hear from broadcasters during the game and/or what PFF says because letting the public vote on players and assuming that they have enough time to sit down and watch every snap of every player at that position is faulty thinking anyway.
