What comes next for the Tennessee Titans in the 2020 NFL Draft?

The Tennessee Titans selected Isaiah Wilson OT, Georgia in the 1st round of the 2020 NFL Draft.

Whether you like it or not, that is the reality we live in and it is time to shift focus towards what the Tennessee Titans could/should do in Day 2 of the 2020 NFL Draft.

With picks 61 and 93 on deck, there is still plenty of depth to potentially add a talented player or two if the Titans play their cards right. Don’t forget, Day 2 has given the Titans A.J. Brown, Kevin Byard, Jonnu Smith, Nate Davis, Harold Landry, and Derrick Henry over the last four years.

So let’s start with a palate cleanser and look at the Rotoworld mock draft by Hayden Winks. I think we can all get behind the idea of that being a terrible scenario:

"61. Jalen Hurts, QB, Oklahoma 93. Thaddeus Moss, TE, LSU"

No explanation in his picks, but I don’t think anything he says could have made it worth it anyway.

In this mock, the Titans take three players with their top-100 picks and they aren’t even sure that they get a starter out of the deal considering that Wilson will have to compete with Dennis Kelly to start the season.

I actually like Hurts, but you can’t make that pick after giving Ryan Tannehill a massive contract AND drafting a developmental player in the 1st.

Again, I like Moss but who is he beating out for a job? Jonnu Smith just had a fantastic close to the season and he is one of Mike Vrabel’s favorite players.
