Round 3, Pick 93

Jabari Zuniga EDGE, Florida

The Titans have the chance of capturing one of the best explosive players on defense with their third round pick in Jabari Zuniga, redshirt senior EDGE rusher out of Florida. Zuniga has the look and tape to make him a top-level talent in this draft.

Zuniga has fallen on boards due to his uneven performance in college. While he looked like an explosive playmaker on some plays, others he falls off. The Titans would be taking a flyer on the flashy player that the team can hope to convert to a full-time starter rather than the uneven rotational player.

The Titans are still in the market for Jadeveon Clowney and that will shape what the Titans do in the draft. If the Titans don’t land Clowney, they will need to hunt for a #2 pass rusher to go along with Harold Landry. Zuniga gives the Titans a playmaker to add pressure to opposing quarterbacks. His positionless-ness might be a benefit to the Titans who can deploy him in various positions and packages.
