2. CeeDee Lamb WR, Oklahoma

This was very tough. I love Lamb and I remember watching him play next to Hollywood Brown next year and thinking about the potential of Lamb with the Titans in 2018.

He isn’t 6’3, 220 lb. (he is 6’1, 196 lb. FWIW) but you could definitely fool me when he is running routes because he is so powerful both before and after receptions. Even without top-end suddenness, he finds way so to effective on short passes and forcing missed tackles in a phone booth.

I’m not the first to make this comparison, but just imagine DeAndre Hopkins and you will have a great idea about what Lamb is. He will rarely be the fastest guy on the field but he could lead the league in catches of 10+ yards because he gets open at the top of his routes and he is dificult to tackle.

For everything that A.J. Brown does well, the one thing he struggles with at times is contact at the top of the route and more physical DBs. When he gets harassed you can tell he gets frustrated and makes mental errors.

If the Titans landed Lamb in the draft then that wouldn’t be a problem and he could easily deal with those DBs and give them a taste of their own medicine.
