13. J.K. Dobbins RB, Ohio State

You want to talk about productive? Let me remind everyone about J.K. Dobbins and his 2,003 rushing yards on 301 carries in 2019. Compared to that you would be forgiven for not remembering his 2,500 rushing yards in the two years previous, but one person who won’t forget is Eddie George.

Dobbins passed the former Tennessee Titans legend on the all-time rushing list in his junior season with Ohio State and made waves as he finished 6th in Heisman voting.

As a running back he does everything at a high level even though he doesn’t have any truly elite traits.

People are quick to point to his hands as a potential question, but that is mostly recency bias and over his career I think Dobbins has proven to be a solid receiver out of the backfield. While he isn’t as shifty or straight-line fast as the other running backs on this list, his vision and understanding of the offensive scheme ends up putting him in position to break of longer runs than his above-average athleticism would suggest.

Between Robinson’s love of production and Mike Vrabel‘s love of all things Ohio State, I think the Titans would be the favorites for taking Dobbins either in a trade down or outright with the 29th pick.
