Pre-draft interest

This year is very unusual (obviously) because of COVID-19 preventing normal free agency and the pre-draft process.

Top-30 visits are usually sacred for the Titans and so are Pro Day workouts where Mike Vrabel infamously gets his hands on prospects and works with them to quickly gauge their potential or where they struggle.

However, this year we only have Facetime/Zoom video calls to go off of and no Pro Days so we really can’t judge which players they are willing to make a trip for and whether they would normally just sent a position coach or if they would send a whole scouting party.

Still, the information we do have is very useful and if you want a comprehensive list of that contact then you would have a hard time finding a better chart than what the F-Words podcast has done on their Twitter account:

Using that list of names you can make a solid draft board and that is exactly what I did for this mock draft. So, now that you have the same information I did and should have the context for why I might make certain picks, let’s jump into the actual mock draft.

As per usual, I used the PFN Mock Draft simulator to do this mock.
