Tennessee Titans & Seattle Seahawks shouldn’t be worried about Cleveland Browns competition for Jadeveon Clowney

Where do the Titans stand?
Right now there is a lot of talk about the EDGEs that the Titans have on the depth chart.
When you look at the depth chart, I think it is important to classify the EDGEs by role, so it shouldn’t just be a collection of names it should look like this.
Balanced/Any down players (>60% of the snaps): Harold Landry, Kamalei Correa
Designated pass rushers (<40% of the snaps): Vic Beasley, Derick Roberson, Reggie Gilbert
???: D’Andre Walker
The Titans have plenty of sub package EDGEs, but they don’t have much depth behind the guys that will actually be playing the bulk of the snaps.
That is why Jadeveon Clowney has and always will make sense as someone the Tennessee Titans need to sign.
The Browns have their EDGEs already in Olivier Vernon and Myle Garrett and the Seattle Seahawks invested a first round pick in L.J. Collier last year and they could easily add another rookie and/or Everson Griffen. So the Titans are the team that needs Clowney the most.
Signing him would basically open up the option of taking BPA in the 2020 NFL Draft, but there is a lack of urgency here from Tennessee that I don’t quite understand.
While they have inside info on him from Mike Vrabel and they have the money to offer him a big deal, they are still in a holding pattern waiting on something.
