Scouting Report. Georgia. 61. player. 814. Pick Analysis. OT. IsaiahWilson

An absolute behemoth of a man, University of Georgia offensive tackle, Isaiah Wilson, will be one of those guys pushing semi-trucks in the offseason.

At 6-foot-6 inches tall, weighing in at 350 pounds, Wilson would have no problem mowing down defensive linemen to create lanes for RB Derrick Henry. And, even if he were to ride the bench behind OT Dennis Kelly for a season, how significant a contribution could Wilson provide in jumbo sets? I mean, the guy is gigantic.

In all seriousness, Wilson is explosive for someone with his frame. He has every tool in the toolbox to affect the line of scrimmage and create vertical running lanes.

While he will need improvement with his hand placement and other technical issues, his length and strength are exciting. Wilson would be a huge “get” in the second round.

The only worry I have is that he has limited tape as a two-year starter at Georgia, and his footwork will need tending to if the team he is selected by values him as a long-term solution at right tackle.
