What are the needs and who should the Tennessee Titans be interested in during the 2020 NFL Draft.

Free agency always throws mock drafts for a loop, but I think we have a lot better handle on what the Tennessee Titans are planning now.

Sure, it was a surprise to see that Jurrell Casey was traded but it wasn’t out of the blue. Obviously the Titans didn’t publicize it, but there was no doubt that they had too much invested in the interior defensive line between Casey, DaQuan Jones and Jeffery Simmons.

Well, I shouldn’t say that the Titans had too much invested. A better way to phrase it is that Tennessee had invested too much to be getting so little from the DT spot.

On paper the numbers weren’t horrible, but if you watch the season as a whole you can see a steady decline in impact from the defensive line. As soon as the offense played well enough for the other side to know that they didn’t have to “win they game”, they just had to “make sure they didn’t lose it.”

That shift hurt the Titans and probably contributed to the moves that Tennessee had to make in free agency this offseason. So, really quickly, what are the needs for this team going forward?
