Logan Ry-union?

So that is a terrible pun, but the point is that we are nearly through the first week of free agency and the Titans haven’t added a single cornerback despite being scheduled to lose three of their top five.

However, it looks like former Tennessee Titans CB and current free agent, Logan Ryan isn’t getting as many offers as he expected.

After Chris Harris took an incredibly reasonable deal in free agency, Ryan is faced with the proposition of convincing a team to give him a bigger contract even though he doesn’t have quite as good of a reputation as Harris.

As a locker room guy, run defender, blitzer, and versatile CB you really can’t ask for much more than what Ryan provides. However, he showed that he could really get burned in coverage both inside and outside if you match him up against a fast receiver.

In fact, it looks like his market might not be in the double digits:

Cornerbacks are signing quickly and it seems like the Titans are one of the few teams left that could need a slot cornerback in this free agency period (or at least in this wave).

Could the Titans work something out that sees Ryan back in Tennessee? And if so, will it be a move that is contingent on them missing out on Clowney, or can they have both?
