Logan Ryan

Prediction — Philadelphia Eagles

The Eagles are an interesting team. They have a solid young player at quarterback, enough skill-position talent on offense when they’re at full health to be dangerous, and one of the best defensive front sevens in the NFL. They should be a playoff contender.

But sweet fancy goodness, they need some secondary help.

A player like Logan Ryan would be an immediate help to a team that should be looking to make a Super Bowl run. At 29 years old, Ryan probably won’t be looking for suitors in the middle of a rebuild. But rather, teams like the Eagles who could use his talents for the next three or four years in the hopes of a playoff push.

With the state of the Eagles secondary, Ryan would be a huge boost. Especially at the level Ryan played at with the Titans this past season.

For as good as Ryan was, his talents might come with a heftier price tag than most teams are willing to pay. But the Eagles should not be one of those teams afraid to pay for his skill. Philidelphia is two or three moves away from being back in the Super Bowl hunt, this would be one of those moves.
