DE Bradlee Anae

The pre-draft process up to this point might not have created more love for a player in the Titans’ fanbase than the love for Utah Utes’ defensive end, Bradlee Anae.

Anae, who is seen by many as a late second-round/early third-round prospect, created more than a fair share of buzz a few weeks back during the Reese’s Senior Bowl.

The Utes’ edge rusher put on a show with his Senior Bowl performance, ending his day with three sacks and five quarterback pressures, one of which forced an errant throw and interception from Oklahoma quarterback, Jalen Hurts.

For his efforts in Mobile at the Senior Bowl, Anae was awarded PFF’s second-highest player grade for the day at 89.4. But his productive day was more than an anomaly, as the AP First-Team All-American wrecked the opposing backfield all through his Senior year, finishing with 14 tackles for loss and 13 sacks.

General Manager Jon Robinson has shown a love for productive college athletes, and with pass-rusher being a position of need, Anae might have already piqued Robinson’s interest. A strong showing at the combine could go a long way in cementing Anae’s status ias one of the best defensive ends in the draft class and a potential second-round steal.
