The date and time is set for the Tennessee Titans’ Divisional Round matchup with the Baltimore Ravens.

The Tennessee Titans advanced after an upset win in the Wild Card game over the New England Patriots in Foxborough, and will now meet the Baltimore Ravens in the Divisional Round of the playoffs.

The win was the Titans’ second postseason victory in three years, with the last coming against the Kansas City Chiefs in 2018. Tennessee’s campaign was ended by New England that season, so its victory on Saturday night was sweet revenge.

Tennessee and Baltimore will meet on Saturday, January 11th at 7:15 p.m. CST at M&T Bank Stadium, which means the Titans will have yet another prime time game.

The Titans will no doubt be heavy underdogs in this contest.

The Ravens had quite the 2019 season for themselves. They finished with the league’s best record at 14-2 and earned the No. 1 seed and a bye in the first round.

Baltimore also sports the most electric player in the NFL in quarterback Lamar Jackson, who should win the league’s Most Valuable Player award this year.

As has been the case with most teams this season, Tennessee is going to have one hell of a time trying to keep Jackson in check on Saturday.

However, short of Tennessee blowing a huge lead and losing a game they are in position to win against the Ravens, this season will be looked at as a success after the win over the Pats.

In a sense, the Titans will be playing with house money against the AFC’s elite.

Baltimore and Tennessee have met in the playoffs three times since 2000. The Titans lost to the Ravens in the Divisional Round in 2000 and 2008, but beat Baltimore in the Wild Card Round in 2003. Both of those losses ended 13-3 seasons for Tennessee.
