Tennessee Titans cornerback Logan Ryan dropped the mic on New England Patriots outside linebacker Kyle Van Noy.

Earlier in the week leading up to the Tennessee Titans-New England Patriots game, Pats outside linebacker Kyle Van Noy said his team wanted to do a “revenge tour” that was going to start with the Titans on Saturday night.

Well, cornerback and former Patriot Logan Ryan didn’t forget about it after Tennessee went into Foxborough and dethroned the Super Bowl champs with a 20-13 win.

Van Noy originally said this, per ESPN’s Mike Reiss.

"“We have a chance to go on a Revenge Tour, and what better way than to play Tennessee, who we lost to last year.”"

Following the win that was sealed by Ryan’s pick-six of Patriots quarterback Tom Brady near the end of regulation, Ryan admitted Van Noy’s comment gave the Titans “bulletin board material” and he effectively dropped the mic, according to Bill Koch of the Providence Journal.

"“My guy Kyle Van Noy calling it a revenge tour – just play ball, Kyle,” Ryan said. “He wanted hyenas and he’s on a revenge tour and why not start with the Titans. He’s going to ride the wave of the Patriots.“Tom Brady doesn’t do that. Julian Edelman doesn’t do that. Devin McCourty, (Stephon Gilmore) – they don’t do that. And Kyle Van Noy is running his mouth and giving us bulletin board material about his revenge tour. His revenge tour ended early.”"

As Ryan pointed out, it’s strange that any Patriots player would talk like that, but what’s even stranger is that Van Noy was apparently all worked up about getting revenge for a Titans 34-10 regular season win in Week 10 of 2018.

He must’ve forgotten about how his team went on to win the Super Bowl later that year, or how the Pats bounced the Titans from the playoffs in the divisional round the year before with a 35-14 victory.

If anyone was looking for revenge, it was the Titans.

Instead of going on a revenge tour, Van Noy and his teammates will be going home early. Enjoy the offseason, bud.
