A winter storm named Henry could bring rain and snow to the New England area for the Titans-Patriots game, which also falls on Derrick Henry’s birthday.

Filed into the “you can’t make this stuff up” department: a winter storm named Henry could be moving through the New England area for the Titans-Pats game on Saturday night, and it just so happens it’s on the same day of Derrick Henry‘s birthday.

The storm, which is expected to hit this weekend and through Saturday night when the two teams meet at 7:15 p.m. CST, will bring rain and quite possibly three to five inches of snow to the New England area.

Adding to the irony of that, Saturday, January 4th is Derrick Henry’s 26th birthday.

Of course, the meme possibilities are endless with this one.

Bad weather typically favors the team that can run the ball better. In this matchup, that would be the Titans after they averaged 138.9 rushing yards per game this season, the third-best in the NFL.

On top of that, Henry won the rushing title with a league-best 1,540 yards and 16 touchdowns.

The Pats haven’t fared as well on the ground, as New England sports the No. 18 ground attack in the NFL with 106.4 rushing yards per contest.

The good news for both offenses is that neither is heavily reliant on deep throws, particularly on the Pats’ side. Even so, winds aren’t supposed to be bad and are expected to be in the five to six MPH range on Saturday night, according to NFLWeather.com.
