With the news that Deshaun Watson and other starters will mainly be resting today, the Titans are definitely winning this critical game going away, earning themselves the sixth and final playoff spot in the AFC.

Even with three Titans listed as “OUT” on the injury report, The Texans are extremely banged up as well, coming into this game with seven players listed as “QUESTIONABLE” and wide receiver Will Fuller already ruled “OUT” earlier this week. That being said, it behooves the Texans to rest some of their main players.

Derrick Henry being back in the lineup will definitely help this team bounce back after their two-game losing streak, the defense will fluster AJ McCarron, and without many of their key starters, I think the Texans will struggle early, and then pack it in and prepare for Buffalo next week.

People can talk all they want about how the Titans are “only getting in because they beat a team playing their backups” but the way I see it, it doesn’t matter one way or another. All that matters is getting into the dance. Then we’ll see what happens from there.

Final score prediction: Titans 35, Texans 13
