The Titans come into their season finale in the most ideal scenario for teams that have not yet clinched. One more win will allow the Titans to play January football for the second time in three years.

Regardless of who the Houston Texans decide to field for a relatively meaningless game on their part, I believe this Titans team is going to come out with a fight that should get this fan base excited for the legitimate possibility of making a real run in this year’s playoffs.

Derrick Henry will have 13 full days of no real contact on that injured hamstring and I expect his fresh legs to produce monstrous results while Ryan Tannehill will end his season with another impressive performance as the Titans earn the right to play another week of football.

Final score prediction: Titans 31, Texans 20
