Here’s what our staff thinks will happen in the Week 17 game between the Houston Texans and Tennessee Titans.

The Tennessee Titans will be fighting for their playoff life in Week 17 when they take on the Houston Texans at NRG Stadium.

You already know the deal: if Tennessee can emerge victorious, it’ll automatically clinch a playoff berth via the No. 6 seed in the AFC.

Should they lose, the Titans will need both the Pittsburgh Steelers and Indianapolis Colts to lose their respective games in order to advance.

The good news is that it looks as though Tennessee won’t be facing Houston’s best, as ESPN’s Dianna Russini is reporting that the Texans are going to start AJ McCarron in place of Deshaun Watson, and DeAndre Hopkins could play sparingly.

Obviously, any decision by the Texans to sit even some of their starters greatly increases Tennessee’s chances of winning the “win and in” game on Sunday.

By the time this game kicks off, the Texans may have nothing to play for if the Kansas City Chiefs can take care of business against the Los Angeles Chargers in their noon CST game and wrap up the No. 3 seed.

But enough of the scenarios because none of them matter if the Titans can simply win. So, does our staff think they get it done?

Find out…. right now!
