Ohio State: J.K. Dobbins, RB

I’m on an island here, but I think that Dobbins is the best running back prospect in the upcoming NFL draft.

His burst and ability to create in space as well as his toughness between the tackles make him stand out ahead of other talented backs like D’Andre Swift and Jonathan Taylor.

Clemson’s defense is one of the best coach in college football and they will have an answer to try and take away Dobbins. However, if Dobbins can beat this defense then I think you have to take him very seriously in April.

Like it or not, the Titans are going to spend a draft pick on a running back this year whether that is the traditional way or if it involves a trade. I imagine it would take a top-50 pick to get Dobbins, but I think it would be absolutely worth it.

Adding even more intrigue to this is that the Titans staff has former Ohio State coaches with connections to that team, and if Mike Vrabel and company reach out and hear good things then they are going to make a move to get Dobbins.
