LSU: Justin Jefferson, WR

K’Lavon Chaisson is a name that you could hear a lot for the Tennessee Titans going into the 2020 NFL Draft, but he just doesn’t have the production that they like to see in an EDGE.

With just 7.5 career stats, he isn’t someone that I see the Titans looking at in the draft for as early as his tools suggest he will go.

You know who does hit those rare marks? Justin Jefferson.

As Matias Wodner has pointed out before, if a receiver hits 2,000 yards in their final two seasons in college it grabs the attention of the Titans front office.

With a great frame and a knack for making big plays, in any other draft Jefferson would be a first round lock. However, this year and the 2019 NFL Draft class may go down as the best combination of receivers taken back-to-back in history.

If Jefferson falls out of the first round and into Day 2, you can bet that the Titans will be paying close attention, even though the Titans do have Corey Davis through at least 2020.

After hitting on so many talents from the SEC in recent years, I expect Jefferson to be a person of interest.
