Nice: Jon Robinson, GM

I wanted to wrap all this up with the man who made it all possible.

The Tennessee Titans GM has completely rebuilt this team from what it was when he took over. Before that move was made, Tennessee was made up of draft busts, bad free agent signings and a few core players.

Now, Robinson has built the team exactly how he wants it and despite injuries at quarterback year in and year out as well as some really bad coaching at times, this team stands on the cusp of their fourth winning season in four years under Robinson.

Right now, the success of this team is on the heads of young players like Harold Landry, Jeffery Simmons, Kevin Byard, A.J. Brown, Jack Conklin, Derrick Henry, Jonnu Smith, Tajae Sharpe, Rashaan Evans, Corey Davis, Jayon Brown, etc. and those were all guys that Robinson drafted in his short time with the Titans.

Not only that, but key deals for Rodger Saffold, Taylor Lewan, Ben Jones, Malcolm Butler, Logan Ryan, Kenny Vaccaro, and the Ryan Tannehill trade have all made a huge difference this season.

If the Titans end up making the playoffs, it will be their second time in two years and while the focus is going to have to shift from wild card team to division winner soon, just enjoy the fact that this team can win in so many different ways now.
