Nice: A.J. Brown, WR

I’m sure everyone knows about A.J. Browns accomplishments statistically, so I won’t get into them too much here. What I want to talk about is what he brings to the team both on and off the field.

On the field, he has been a very nice route runner who has used power and body position to win consistently. While a lot of his struggles (when he has had them) come from asking him to be more physical than the DB with the ball is in the air, the opposite is true for his successes.

When he gets the ball in his hands there are very few defenders in general who can catch him and/or by physical enough to get him down on first contact.

Off the field, he is giving the Titans a new sort of player to cheer for. Years and years have gone by where the biggest names on the Titans offense have come from any position other than wide receiver.

However, as hundreds of Titans fans are unwrapping their A.J. Brown jerseys under the tree, it is easy to see that there is a new era coming where Tennessee fans may finally have a stud receiver to cheer for.
