Notes

Tramaine Brock had himself a pretty solid game in coverage. He had a couple of pass break-ups early on, including one in the end zone that saw him recover after it looked like he was beat for a touchdown. Brock could see his playing time limited if Adoree’ Jackson returns in Week 17.

Jurrell Casey notched one of the Titans’ three sacks on Sunday, and now has 50 for his career. We’ll have more on that coming in the interesting stats section.

Rodger Saffold continues his revival after a horrid start to the season. Saffold has now found himself in the top five of Titans PFF grades multiple times in the last handful of weeks.

Tajae Sharpe posted a season-high five receptions and two touchdowns, and finished with 69 yards through the air, the second-most he has posted in a game this season. Sharpe might not be heavily involved on a weekly basis, but he has scored some clutch touchdowns in 2019.

-If not for a few missed calls by officials, Ryan Tannehill might have out-dueled Drew Brees. Despite facing constant pressure, Tannehill still threw for 272 yards and three scores, and he completed 63 percent of his passes. Give this man a contract extension, please.
