Winner: Derick Roberson

The Titans needed someone to step up and help generate a pass-rush in Week 16, and Derick Roberson did just that.

The UDFA out of Sam Houston State stepped up and notched two sacks in his first defensive snaps of the 2019 season, and he could’ve been credited for a half of a sack more when he helped Jurrell Casey out with another.

Roberson has certainly earned himself more playing time moving forward after sacking a quarterback who is very difficult to get two not once, but twice. Tennessee will hope he’s the answer they are looking for opposite Harold Landry.

Loser: Titans O-line

The Titans’ offensive line had been solid of late after allowing just two sacks in its last two games, however that went out the window in Week 16.

In total, the O-line surrendered five sacks, and while at least one of those were the result of Ryan Tannehill holding onto the ball for too long, the Saints were getting constant pressure outside of the sacks themselves.

Tennessee was particularly bad at both tackle spots. It was a major letdown performance by Tennessee’s offensive line.
