The news that Derrick Henry isn’t going to play is something that we are going to need to talk about in the offseason when his contract is up. It isn’t his fault that he isn’t playing, but the argument that he doesn’t have any wear and tear just lost a whole bunch of steam over the past month.

Shifting focus to the players that will play, we are going to see the Tennessee Titans defense run more “heavy” looks with three defensive linemen which almost guarantees that the pass rush will be non-existent for the fourth straight week.

With a banged up secondary and the aforementioned “pass rush” I am extremely pessimistic that the defense will put up much of a fight at all against Drew Brees who is in the groove right now.

Offensively, I think this is another really interesting game for Arthur Smith. Over the past month, he and Ryan Tannehill have combined to make that offense work and it isn’t crazy to say that…(stifling vomit)…that Arthur Smith has out coached Mike Vrabel and Dean Pees.

Will the OC regress and make the rookie mistake of feeding Dion Lewis? Or will he use Lewis in the same role as always and supplement him with physical running backs Dalyn Dawkins and Khari Blasingame?

Either way, I think the offense puts up points but the defense lays down again and Titans fans leave the stadium disappointed in the product.

Saints win 38-28
