The Tennessee Titans and New Orleans Saints have released their inactives lists for the Week 16 game at Nissan Stadium.

The biggest name we’re keeping an eye out for on the inactives list of the Tennessee Titans is running back Derrick Henry (hamstring), who was downgraded to questionable on Saturday with a hamstring injury.

As an earlier report suggested, Henry will not suit up and has been ruled inactive for the Week 16 contest against the New Orleans Saints.

Here’s a look at the inactives lists for both teams.

Henry had been playing hurt the last two weeks while dealing with a hamstring injury. He still produced with 189 yards and two scores in those games, however it was abundantly clear he was not the same player he was in the weeks prior.

He desperately needed a week off to get right, and with this game against the Saints not vitally important to the Titans’ playoff hopes, the team likely figured this would be a good time to get him a game off in order to possibly have him at 100 percent in Week 17.

In Henry’s place, the Titans will deploy a combination of Dion Lewis and Dalyn Dawkins. We could even see some Khari Blasingame, who has been used as a lead blocker mostly, and as a pass-catcher in some instances.

Jeffery Simmons (knee) was added to the injury report on Friday and was listed as questionable coming into Sunday. He will not play for the Titans in Week 16.

Adoree’ Jackson (foot) and Adam Humphries (ankle) had each been ruled out on Friday. Both players will miss their third game in a row.

Earlier in the week there was some hope that Jackson could suit up after getting in a limited practice on Wednesday, but those hopes were dashed after he missed practice on Thursday and Friday.

One interesting development here is that Derick Roberson will get the push over Reggie Gilbert at outside linebacker. We’ll see if the UDFA out of Sam Houston State will actually get some meaningful snaps with the Titans needing to beef up their pass-rush.

Tennessee and New Orleans will kickoff at noon CST on Sunday.
