How did the action of Week 16 shake-up the NFL Power Rankings going into Week 17?

With some surprising outcomes in some of the Week 16 games around the league, there are several teams making moves in the NFL Power Rankings for Week 17.

After jumping out to a 14-0 lead over the New Orleans Saints, the Tennessee Titans were unable to add to their lead, opening the door for the Saints to make a comeback. With a little help from a few missed calls by officials, New Orleans powered back and ended up winning the game, 38-28.

Despite the loss, the Titans still control their own destiny for the final wild card spot in the AFC thanks to a loss by the Pittsburgh Steelers to the New York Jets. If the Titans win their Week 17 game against the Houston Texans, they’ll be in the playoffs.

The Seattle Seahawks fell victim to a trap game in Week 16, as their offense failed to show up in a stunning 27-13 loss to the Arizona Cardinals. While that result could hurt the Seahawks’ bid for a top seed in the NFC, they can still win the NFC West if they beat the San Francisco 49ers in Week 17.

The Philadelphia Eagles took control of the NFC East with an ugly 17-9 win over the Dallas Cowboys and can wrap up the worst division in the NFL with a win or Cowboys loss in Week 17.

Aside from those teams, there are other squads making moves in either direction of the NFL Power Rankings going into Week 17. Let’s find out who they are.
