No. 3: Logan Ryan
Unlike all the other cornerbacks who made the list thus far, Logan Ryan joined the Titans as a free agent after being drafted by the New England Patriots. Early in his career, Logan was a penchant for the ball, recording thirteen interceptions with the Pats. After his rookie contract ended, he joined the Titans in 2017.
While Ryan has spent little time with the Titans, he has made a large impact on the team, particularly in 2019. Ryan has started every game he has been available for thus far with the Titans and has been versatile, playing multiple positions as a slot or outside corner.
Ryan is putting together what is arguably the best Titans cornerback season of the decade with an impressive four interceptions, four forced fumbles, and 3.5 sacks. While Ryan started the season red hot, he has cooled down a bit in the latter half, but his impact this year has driven his spot into the top three.
Ryan is spearheading one of the most impressive defenses the team has put on the field this decade and hopefully he can continue down the stretch as the Titans attempt to make a playoff run.
