No. 4: Adoree’ Jackson

The Titans spent a first-round pick in 2017 on flashy cornerback Adoree’ Jackson, making him the first Titans defensive back picked in the first round since 2007 when they selected Michael Griffin. Jackson has had some ups and downs in his young career but has been vital in helping the Titans to consecutive top-10 scoring defenses.

Jackson came into the league with electric speed and a potential to play multiple positions. Right off the bat, Jackson took on a starting cornerback role while also landing as the primary punt and kick returner. While Jackson hasn’t quite flourished in the return game, his cornerback play has improved each year.

While Jackson doesn’t have the key turnover stats with only two interceptions and three forced fumbles in three seasons of play, he has been a stellar red zone corner. Over the course of 11 games in 2019, Jackson has only allowed one passing touchdown.

Jackson is still young and has shown promise to be a great cornerback for the Titans’ future. With Jackson still being under contract for a couple more seasons (if the Titans pickup his fifth-year option), he still has a chance to rise up this list.
