As the Tennessee Titans’ playoff hopes take a crucial blow, we take a look at the winner’s and losers (aside from the whole team) of Sunday’s loss to the Texans.

The Tennessee Titans’ playoff hopes took an absolutely brutal hit as they fell to the Houston Texans, 24-21, in a game that they needed as far as both their division and wild card hopes go.

The Titans were down 14-0 at the half, but were able to make a comeback, tying the game at 14 early in the fourth quarter. However, they could not stop the high-octane passing game of the Texans, and their inability to make stops, as well as them not being able to move the football when it mattered the most, ended up being their downfall.

The Titans fall to 8-6, while the Texans take sole possession of first place in the AFC South with a 9-5 record. A Texans win over the Buccaneers next Saturday will clinch them the division title.

These two teams meet for a rematch in the final week of the season in Houston, so if the Titans can find a way to beat the New Orleans Saints, mixed with a Texans loss, then the division title will be on the line in the final week of the season.

With the Titans now needing a miracle to win the AFC South division title, and their playoff hopes now even more in question than they were previously, we take a look at the individual winners and losers for the team.
