26. New York Jets (5-9)

Recap: The Jets were able to put up a solid amount of yards on the Ravens in the first half of their Thursday night game, however it didn’t translate into enough points to keep up with a Ravens offense that looks unstoppable right now. The Jets would end up losing by three scores, 42-21.

Outlook: After what appeared to be a sideline spat between Adam Gase and Sam Darnold, things aren’t getting any better in what is already an ugly situation for the Jets. Gase has seemingly done everything wrong in his first season, and while team CEO Christopher Johnson has said he will be back, the Jets have to at least be considering changing their stance. New York will host the Steelers in Week 16.

25. Los Angeles Chargers (5-9)

Recap: While the final score shows a blowout, the Chargers actually put up a fight in the first half and trailed by just nine points going into the final two quarters. However, the Chargers’ offense would stall from there and the Vikings rolled in the second half.

Outlook: Los Angeles’ game with Oakland in Week 16 will have zero consequences for anything, as the Raiders are now totally out of it after a loss to the Jaguars. However, the Chargers may have a chance to play spoiler in Week 17 against the Chiefs, and the team will undoubtedly continue to evaluate Philip Rivers‘ future with the franchise.
