28. Detroit Lions (3-10-1)

Recap: The loss of Matthew Stafford continues to haunt the Lions, a team that was already in bad shape before he got injured. Detroit was only able to muster up 17 points against one of the worst pass defenses in the NFL, and allowed 38 to Jameis Winston and Co. in the losing effort.

Outlook: Detroit has now lost seven games in a row and 10 of their last 11. As the season progresses, the calls for Matt Patricia to be fired grow louder, and that’s especially true when his defense puts up a horrid effort like it did in Week 15. The Lions will travel to Denver to take on the Broncos in Week 16.

27. Arizona Cardinals (4-9-1)

Recap: Don’t tell the Cardinals their season is over. In Week 15, Arizona crushed Cleveland by dropping 38 points en route to a spoiler of a victory that ended the Browns’ playoff chances. The win snapped the Cards’ six-game losing streak.

Outlook: Despite their 4-9-1 record, the Cardinals have been mostly competitive this season and Kyler Murray looks to be progressing nicely. Arizona does have a lot of work to do with its defense in the offseason, though. The Cardinals will hit the road to take on the Seahawks in Week 16.
