26. Jacksonville Jaguars
The Jaguars are a terrible team and I am sure that I have them too high on this list. However, I can’t argue the fact that when I fill out the bottom part of these rankings a lot of the tie breakers come down to individual players.
So, the Jags made it past the other teams on this list because Calais Campbell, Josh Allen and Yannick Ngakoue are all extremely talented game wreckers.
Offensively I think the only above average players is D.J. Chark, which is terrible news considering they paid a QB $50 million in guarantees to sit on the bench and the 5th round rookie who took his spot had another bad game today.
The defense also seems broken after the Tennessee Titans destroyed them in their matchup a few weeks back. Derrick Henry has broken that team before and it looks like the Titans back may have done it again.

25. Carolina Panthers
Where was this team when the Titans played them? The offensive line got destroyed with two pass rushers getting two sacks each and Christian McCaffery was held without an explosive play all day.
At QB, Kyle Allen continues to make Panthers fans nervous that the decision to move on from Cam Newton might be premature.
With a new coach needed and a team that isn’t doing a great job selling itself to the next HC, I wonder how far they are going to fall in the open job power rankings here in a month or so.
