28. New York Jets

The Jets are an interesting team because they may have their franchise quarterback, but every time people start getting comfortable saying that Sam Darnold lays a huge egg.

Sure he can beat up on bad teams like he did today against the Miami Dolphins, but who cares when you fold against the Bills and Patriots and end up at the bottom of your division?

The next three games will tell us a lot about the Jets as they face the Steelers, Patriots and Ravens.

27. Detroit Lions

Detroit is rudderless right now with an offense that is broken thanks to being on their third string quarterback with no playoff aspirations.

Starting with the defense, Trey Flowers is really the only player in the front seven that seems above average against the run and the pass which is a huge concern. For a team whose recipe for success was an explosive offense and a staunch and solid defense, they are completely off the rails.

Going forward, the Lions need to upgrade on nearly every level of both sides of the ball which might end up being a job that takes longer than Matt Patricia has left in him in Detroit.
