2. San Francisco 49ers

The 49ers just seem to be able to beat teams however they are the weakest. What I mean by that is, if you have a weak offensive line then get ready to see #97 in the backfield all day long.

Do you struggle to stop the run, well the 49ers are just going to go heavy personnel and run it down your throat with two tight ends and a fullback.

Is the pass your weakness? Then Jimmy G is going to find Emmanuel Sanders or Deebo Samuels in space and make you pay for not spending more money on DBs in the offseason.

They are a well coached team that can absolutely win any type of game, including shootouts with no time left on the clock. This team is outstanding.

1. Baltimore Ravens

Who else could it be? The Ravens defense has some leaks in it here and there, but they are able to get to the QB and pick off bad passes and that is why we know them as a defensive team.

Oh wait, that’s right they have that Lamar Jackson guy who is pretty good.

Kidding aside, this team is opportunistic on defense and they force you to play incredibly predictable and fundamentally sound defense or they make you pay.

On top of that, they have beaten other contenders for this top spot and it is hard to make the case that they lack anything that is a big enough issue to cause them to be moved down at all without a sizable loss.
