Week 15 NFL Power Rankings: Titans & Broncos rise, Texans & Patriots fall

12. New England Patriots

I am not going to shovel dirt on someone’s grave, but if I was going to then I guess it would be Tom Brady‘s at this point. Now, I know that many people have doubted Brady and the Pats before and ended up regretting it so you don’t have to tell me.

Still, this team looks bad and like they need every trick in the book to get close to scoring 20 points in a game.

Defensively the Patriots are good, but no longer truly great like they were to start the season. Being an older team and losing momentum late in the year is a disaster waiting to happen.

11. L.A. Rams

The Rams just had a fun win over the Seattle Seahawks where they got back to Todd Gurley and some big plays on defense as opposed to trusting Jared Goff at all.

I mean sure, Goff did some nice things and then had a terrible pick-6 but the point is that he spent a lot of his time checking down on pass plays and trying to make easy throws leaving the harder work to Gurley and the defense.

The Rams seem capable of winning a playoff game, but I don’t know about anything more than that.
