Interesting stats from Week 13

If you’re like me, you love a good stat or two, and boy do we have a bunch of those after Tennessee’s Week 13 victory over Indianapolis. Check it out.

Offensive explosion: When the Titans scored 31 points on Sunday, it was the first time since the 2016 season that the team has scored 30 points or more in three straight games (Jim Wyatt of Titans Online).

The King reigns supreme: Over his last 16 games, Henry has 1,725 rushing yards and 18 touchdowns, both tops in the NFL over that span. In total, Henry has 1,946 yards and 20 touchdowns combined one the ground and through the air (Jim Wyatt of Titans Online).

The King shatters Indy’s streak: Before Henry broke the 100-yard mark against the Colts on Sunday, Indy had not allowed a 100-yard rusher in 29 straight games (Jim Wyatt of Titans Online).

The King eats contact: Henry continues to be a yards after contact beast, as 111 of his 149 rushing yards on Sunday were after contact (John Glennon of The Athletic).

The King makes history: Henry crossed the 1,000-yard mark for the second straight season with his Week 13 performance, and he’s the first Titans back since Chris Johnson to have consecutive 1,000-yard seasons. Johnson, Eddie George, Earl Campbell and now Henry are the only Titans backs to have multiple 1,000-yard seasons (Jim Wyatt of Titans Online).

Comeback kids: In Week 13, the Titans won for the fourth time this season when trailing or tied going into the fourth quarter (Jim Wyatt of Titans Online).

Tanny’s standout day: Ryan Tannehill’s passer rating of 131.3 and completion percentage of 77.3 were both the second-highest during the weekend games (John Glennon of The Athletic). It was also the second-highest passer rating in a single game of his career when he has thrown 20 passes or more (Jim Wyatt of Titans Online).
