No. 5: E.J. Gaines

E.J. Gaines has bounced around the league since being drafted in the sixth round in 2014 by the then-St. Louis Rams. He spent his first three seasons with the team, though he missed all of 2015 with a Lisfranc injury.

He had his most productive season in 2017 as a member of the Buffalo Bills, picking up 59 tackles, nine passes defended, three forced fumbles, and an interception in 11 starts.

He did miss the majority of the 2018 season, which he spent with the Cleveland Browns, suffering multiple concussions and eventually landing on injured reserve.

The Bills signed him back in 2019, but he ended up being released after suffering a core muscle injury that landed him on injured reserve.

Gaines would be a tricky signing for the Titans that would only work if his core is healed up, but he was never a spectacular corner during his five years in the league.

Still, if he can stay healthy and get back to the form in which he played in 2017, he could absolutely help the Titans out immediately.
