No. 4: Orlando Scandrick

The long-time Dallas Cowboys corner is currently on the market after an ugly breakup with the Philadelphia Eagles in October where he then lambasted the the team and their general manager Howie Roseman.

That may not be the type of personality that you want to bring a locker room, but a guy with that type of edge could be just what the doctor ordered for the Titans defense.

A fifth-round pick in 2008 out of Boise State, Scandrick was a solid contributor for the majority of his time in Dallas, but did fall off mightily in 2017, which led to his release.

He bounced back with a decent showing last season with the Kansas City Chiefs, coming up with a career-high 13 pass deflections, but struggled a bit this season with the Eagles, which led to his release.

Scandrick is 32 years old and not really close to the player he was during his days in Dallas, but he could still be a big step-up from what the Titans currently have across from Logan Ryan.
