NFL Power Rankings, Week 13: Titans rise, Cowboys, Eagles and Colts drop
By Will Lomas
16. Indianapolis Colts
Recap: The Colts were strong on the offensive line and made some really nice plays at times, but ultimately this game just came down to which team had the better depth and whose superstars showed up.
Against the Titans they found themselves overmatched by the likes of Kevin Byard and Logan Ryan, while other Titans stars like Derrick Henry and Harold Landry had some huge plays as well.
Outlook: Now behind the Texans and Titans in the AFC South race, the Colts really have to think that they need to win out to give themselves a 50-50 chance but with a frisky Tampa Bay team as well as the Panthers and Saints, it is going to be very hard to see them passing the Texans or Titans or even catching the wildcard contender.
15. Chicago Bears
Recap: The Bears need to see more out of David Montgomery and Anthony Miller because they are the core of their young offensive talent and that is exactly what they got on Thanksgiving.
Outlook: Is this too high for the Bears? Probably, but when Mitch Trubisky isn’t the worst QB in the NFL that team looks like they should be .500 or above right? They desperately need someone else behind center and a better offensive line but after that they don’t have massive holes.
